Time


BACKGROUND

Time is a dimension in which events can be ordered from the past through the present into the future,and also the measure of durations of events and the intervals between them. Some simple, relatively uncontroversial definitions of time include "time is what clocks measure"and "time is what keeps everything from happening at once". Time is said to be eternal. It is said that it has neither a beginning nor an end. Yet men are able to measure it as years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds. Time is the most important resource. It is a gift of nature to humanity. Time is capital and not renewable income. It is the most valuable gift, which can be offered by one to another.Time travel is the concept of moving between different points in time in a manner analogous to moving between different points in space.

Time travel could hypothetically involve moving backward in time to a moment earlier than the starting point, or forward to the future of that point without the need for the traveler to experience the intervening period. Time appears to have a direction – the past lies behind, fixed and immutable, while the future lies ahead and is not necessarily fixed.  Yet for the most part the laws of physics do not specify an arrow of time, and allow any process to proceed both forward and in reverse.

This project is to show the beauty of Kuala Lumpur although is a busy city. It to show the changes of the time by visualizing it to the audiences. 

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

• Does the installation need to be interactive with audience?
• Addressing the changes by focusing on time movement
• What kind of media does this installation requires?

AIM AND OBJECTIVE

• In order to address the time that used
• To show, experiment done by using time
• Addressing the changes by focusing on time changes
• My focus is Kuala Lumpur. It has its uniques which gives a lot information about different things.

MOTIVATION

In this project I would like to address the time changes that  happening in Kuala Lumpur city. Time is always an interesting topic to study all about,  time itself form an uniqueness . Besides that, it has encouraged me to gather information from static, which will help create some concept of idea to explore and develop.


IDEATION AND CONCEPT

The idea of my project is to encourage people know the beauty of Kuala Lumpur city by the changes of the time.

My concept on this topic is to provide a video installation or documentary. This video covers some helpful information and will help you to visualize.
